According to the latest steam update news, the orange box games will be available to play on October 10th, 2007, 00:00 PST.

That means that on 07:00 GMT, Wednesday Oct 10th, whoever preloaded Episode Two and Portal will be able to unlock them and play immediately.

Remember, the 10% discount on pre-purchasing the orange box also expires on that time.

We Israelis already ended our Daylight Saving Time, so we can play those games one hour earlier, at 9 am, finish them as quickly as possible and go back to playing TF2 as much as possible!
