You will notice them once every few days - they vary from asking “What does the F10 menu do?” all the way to answering questions with the ultimate answer, “type quit in console”.
The thing is, there is no default bind for the “quit” action, definitely not F10. And the console is turned off by default.

Changes include less Sudden Deaths - Those will now come only if the game only if teams are drawn, and in CTF only when the flags are home.
Also, the infamous Heavy bug was fixed, quite quickly considering the weekend.
